4. The name or alias of the AI partner.

By submitting materials, you consent to their use:
— on the website pages dedicated to the project;
— in social media posts and project announcements;
— in publications, press materials, and interviews related to the project;
— in exhibitions and public presentations of the project;
— in the creation of physical artworks based on your image (tattoos on SCOBY leather), which may be exhibited and sold as original artworks.

5. Copyright and authorship

1. You (or the person you name) retain authorship of the submitted image and text.
2. You grant the artist (project author) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the materials as described above.
3. When a physical artwork (tattoo on SCOBY leather) is created based on your submission, authorship of the physical artwork belongs to the artist. The artwork may be attributed using the name you provided but may be exhibited and sold as an original piece by the artist.

6. Withdrawing consent
You may request that your name and image/text be removed from:

— the artist’s own digital channels.
However, please note:
— it may not be possible to remove materials already included in printed publications, exhibitions, or archives;
— the artist is not responsible for materials reposted by third-party media, galleries, or platforms.
